Shipping policy



* BRACELET Orders will be shipped to the buyer's address within 1-2 business days.  Notebooks will be shipped within 10 - 15 working days as they are MADE TO ORDER>. Please make sure to check your shipping address before buying. 
Orders placed with incorrect address cannot be replaced.
Each address must indicate full name (name and surname), street number and post code (where necessary).
So please double check your address! I can't be responsible for any extra costs if the address you supply is incorrect.


Shipping within UK 3-14 business days (Royal Mail Standard 48hrTracked)
EUROPE is usually 7-18 business days.

U.S.A. is sometimes 10 - 20 business days.

* I usually ship with STANDARD TRACKED OR AIR MAIL. It is traceable, we will send you a copy of the certificate of postage as proof of postage with date and time and your delivery address details.  I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY.  Once the postage receipt has been sent to you, lost or delayed delivery is no longer my responsibility.

*For the UK we ship with Royal Mail Standard 48hrTracked Post. This should arrive after 3-8 business days. We will send you a tracking number.
For URGENT parcels or for parcels with two or more items, to the UK you can select an upgrade.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY.  Once the postage receipt has been sent to you, lost or delayed delivery is no longer my responsibility.

* If you prefer TRACEABLE shipping, we can use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (next day delivery for UK £ 7.50) or International Registered Mail (7-18 working days in all other European Countries and USA £ 12.00) You can choose the one you prefer once you check out.

*The “International Registered Mail” "Tracked & signed) provides:
- legal certification of shipment;
- possibility to track the package through the tracking number provided
at the time of shipment;
- delivery only to the address or to a person appointed by them;
- in case of absence, the package can be picked up at the post office indicated on the collection slip.

* Delivery times are similar for both shipping methods :
next day delivery to UK
about 7-18 working days to Europe.  U.S.A. is sometimes 10 - 20 business days.

***Sometimes the package takes less time or more time; it depends on many logistical reasons.
Please remember that the above are just guidelines and parcels will take longer when there are delays in RM, bad weather or delays due to the busy Christmas season***

*If your purchase is late, PLEASE BE PATIENT : delays on international deliveries are normal, especially during holiday season, and it's something that I can't control. For US and extra EU orders, contact me if 30 business days have passed* (so excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and you did not receive your order (but first ALWAYS remember to ask your local Post Office if they're holding a package for you that they tried to deliver while you were not at home), and we'll see what to do.
*25 business days for the EU, 15 business days for the UK.

***We CANNOT consider any claims from customers made over 2 calendar months after the shipment date. We keep records of the certificate of posting and a photo of the parcel for 2 WHOLE months (or 60 days), which is well beyond the delivery ETA. 
Further than this it becomes difficult logistically to file a claim or find out anything about the missing parcel.
As we can refund for lost items after a max of 25 working days, for any doubts please contact us in good time with details. Please Do NOT wait months before deciding to inform you never received an item!***

* Please also note that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

* In the event of parcels being returned to me because the address was incomplete or incorrect I will contact you immediately, here on Etsy, to let you know.
I can resend the parcel, but you will need to pay for shipping again unless the wrongly addressed parcel was my fault - it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address given is correct when placing the order.
In the event of a UK "Signed For" parcel returning to me because no one either signed for it or went to collect it from the local post office depot, I will inform you with photo proof of the parcel. You have 2 options:
1. Shipping parcel again (incurs added shipping cost)
2. Refund the Item to you minus any shipping costs incurred by us.*
*IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WE CANNOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT ON BESPOKE MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US!
**SHIPPING COSTS WILL ALSO BE TAKEN for "FREE UK Shipping" Items.
We will deduct the £0.96 which is the EXACT cost of "2nd Class" post to the UK which we paid for the 1st delivery attempt.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
* If you receive a broken or damaged item I can refund the price you've paid (without shipping costs),
I can refund all costs you've incurred regarding your sending me back the item
IN ALL CASES IT'S STRICTLY NECESSARY TO CONTACT ME WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT WITH CLEAR PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM.

*If you didn't receive any item or the package went missing from the postal service while using the Trace/Signed/Trace options, I WILL REFUND TOTAL PRICE YOU'VE PAID (after waiting NOT less than one month).


In case of UNTRACEABLE MAIL I'll do my best to help you but I'm not responsible for missing packages. We try to solve problems together.


Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 15 working days after it was posted for UK orders, 30 working days for Extra EU nations and 25 working days for the EU. This means that in the rare event your item has been lost, you must wait the full time allocated before we are able to take action.


Lost orders are taken seriously by Royal Mail and we always file a claim to the ‘Lost Mail and Fraud’ department for investigation. Please contact us no longer than 60 days after your order was placed if you have not received your item(s).

*In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact me for a solution BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I believe that constant communication can solve all issues and I will do my best to ensure your complete satisfaction.


Please note that email is not recommended since sometimes it may go directly to my SPAM box, and reply times may be longer.

* I am NOT responsible for damages occurred after the jewellery has been used.
