HOW DO I USE IT?
If you are able to, find a quite place.
Get comfortable.
Soften your forehead, unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders...
Prepare to take a deep breath...
Inhale and exhale once for each bead...
Pause between breaths... reflect...
Feel your body and mind relax as your breathing begins to slow down...
Tension, stress and anxiety will slowly fade away, your mind will slow down too and you will begin to feel more relaxed.
Filling the lungs with air encourages our bodies to release hormones that make us feel more alert and stimulated.
Breathing out slowly, releases hormones that help us to physically and mentally relax.
