Why you should try to keep a journal, notepad or diary...
After a difficult time in 2020, I began keeping a gratitude journal, encouraged by my therapist. Although it was challenging at first, I soon found comfort in recognising the small things I was grateful for, like my son or the blues sky.
This practice shifted my mindset, helping me focus on positivity and well-being. Now, I carry my journal everywhere, using it for reflections and setting intentions. Starting a gratitude journal can be simple and powerful—take small steps, make it your own, and embrace the journey.
